At Shop VIP Wear, we want you to feel like a celebrity in every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Shop VIP Wear account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our VIP styling team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
